The Place Charlestown Community Centre

The Place: Charlestown Community Centre is a not-for-profit community facility that welcomes and supports a diverse community to meet, connect, belong and grow.

We provide a range of programs, services and opportunities for our community, including:

• Various community programs and activities for people of all ages and backgrounds 
• Information & Referral Support – over the phone and in person
• A kindness cupboard filled with non-perishable foods and hygiene items available for anyone in the community that finds themselves in need
• Book exchange and art display 
• Printing, photocopying, scanning and laminating services
• Venue hire for community members, groups and businesses. We have a range of well equipped, high quality rooms available for hire including two large halls and a commercial kitchen.
