  • Prepare for interviews and apply for jobs
  • Access licences, training and community supports to build independence
  • Explore pathways such as traineeships, apprenticeships or study
  • Receive ongoing workplace support, mentoring and task-training once employed

Who can access this service:
Inclusive Employment Australia is available to people aged 14 to 67 who have a disability, injury or health condition and want to find work. You do not need to receive income support payments to be eligible.

Our approach:
We take the time to get to know you, your goals and your abilities. Together, we develop an individual plan and work through each step — from preparation to finding and keeping a job. Once employed, our support continues to help you settle in, adjust and grow in your role.
