Mental Health Services
About Us
Supported Accommodation Program is for medium and long term accommodation, and utilises a shared house model and a recovery framework, so that participants live in a group house, and are supported by a recovery mentor in the identification and realisation of their goals.
The Program has a focus upon teaching participants general social and living skills that will enable them to maintain their own successful tenancy upon discharge from the program.
When participants are discharged from the Program they are referred on to another individual service provider to ensure that they have the support they need and maintain the transition from shared to individual living arrangements.
