  • Early Intervention,

  • Early Childcare Sector,

  • Department of Education,

  • Department of Allied Health, and

  • Department of Police.

Through Team Lemonade centre based hub we provide a very personalised support. As a result we see individuals flourishing on what was before perceived as limitation related to self-value, emotions, literacy, creativity and independence.

Group Programs

At Team Lemonade we design our group programs to enrich the lives of our members. With our amazing team, we help support our members to find communal activities that explore their strengths and personality.

Through these activities we like to focus on making sure each member is building their social skills and creating a sense of belonging so that they can thrive in a fun and inclusive environment.

In addition to their peers, we also love to engage with our local community.

From helping out with gardening to participating in dragon boating we make sure that every time we engage with our community it brings value to everyone involved.

When all the work is done we also love to attend local sports, concerts and amazing events going on.

If you were to ask our members however, you would find that our nights out and weekends away are the events that they cannot wait to attend with their friends once again.

One of the core elements of what we do here at Team Lemonade is to make sure that the actions we take are focused on making our members' lives better.

So in following this we have an amazing assortment of staff that each have a vast array of skill sets; be it playing an instrument or taking beautiful photography, we love to continually find new activities that our members cannot get enough of.

This said, many of our members also have amazing ideas of their own and we endeavour to work into programs as a favourite.

Individual Skills Development

At Team Lemonade we assist our members on building skills suited to their personal needs and abilities. There is no way to fit everyone into the same box.

Through working with our members directly we can help better understand their needs and abilities. We then work together to align their goals within NDIS.

Our aim is to build a sense of autonomy and self-worth within each individual.

Having our members more involved with our programs, we then develop each member’s embedded skill building. By focusing on their real life and everyday experiences we can make sure the programs’ structure is focused on achieving goals at their own pace.

Areas of focused learning Team Lemonade has include:

  • Literacy and numeracy

  • Health and fitness

  • Emotional wellbeing

  • Communication

  • Social interaction and support

With our focus on becoming lifelong learners, we provide the best resources to our members.

Having a wide network of stakeholders, Team Lemonade collaborate with some of the best organisations (NSW TAFE, Universities) and Allied Health Professionals (Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapist) to create resources and programs that use the current best practices and standards.

Independent Living

At Team Lemonade we make sure that life skills are the core of everything we do. By focusing on our members' abilities to take care of themselves and thrive in society we can truly allow them to live their best lives.

By supporting our members through this journey, we are confident that they're building on their living skills and capacity to participate fully toward their future. In a short matter of time we have seen members flourish into the best potential.

Our independent living skill experiences provide a range of values that are adapted for each and every member. Some of these include:

  • Autonomy

  • Confidence and self esteem

  • Persistence

  • Resilience

  • Organisation and planning skills

  • Problem solving skills

From meal preparation, budgeting and planning, personal hygiene to experiencing travel training and work experience; we want to give our members the best chance at experiences, while ensuring they are well equipped to a higher sense of confidence and well-being.
