- Community Migrant Settlement Service
Community Migrant Settlement Service is located in the GCLC office and provides a free settlement support for eligible clients to promote economic and personal wellbeing, independence and community connectedness. GCLC provide advice and information to low income earners and other disadvantaged members of the community. We do not provide advice in legal matters already covered by Legal Aid, Aboriginal Legal Service and Aboriginal Family Law Service due to contractual restrictions. GCLC does not provide advice in the following areas; criminal law, traffic offences, migration law, taxation matters, personal injury, commercial law, workers compensation or employment law. Our Centre provides services to people in the Goldfields community, these include Kalgoorlie, Boulder, Coolgardie, Kambalda, Norseman, Salmon Gums, Gibson and Esperance areas. Please phone the Centre for further information. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 4pm. Call for an Appointment.
