Focused Well-being Services - Forest Lake

Focused Well-being Services is a person-centred NDIS support provider that connects NDIS participant with experienced and caring support workers. Furthermore, we support participants to maintain their independence in their own homes and in the community. We provide a range of support from support coordination, assistance with daily life activities to social and community participation.
