Our doctors include highly qualified male and female practitioners who come from a range of backgrounds and bring with them a diversity of skills and special interests. We also have registered nurses on staff who are available to triage any urgent matters. Our administration and support staff all have exceptional people skills and are trained to assist you with all medical and general enquiries.

Appointments

A standard appointment is 10 to 15 minutes.

Longer consultations are available. Talk to our receptionists about what you require and they will ensure enough time is scheduled for your appointment.

Generally, longer appointments are needed for pap smears, pre-Mirena discussions and/or insertion, surgical procedures, childhood immunisations, insurance medicals, yearly check-ups, four-year-old children check-ups, or just for an extended chat with your doctor.

Fees

We are a private billing practice. EFTPOS and credit card facilities are available. We use HIC Online to transmit your claim to Medicare. Discount fees apply to concession card holders.

After Hours

We cover longer than usual hours by opening from 7am – 6pm Monday to Friday (GP’s available after 6.00pm by appointment only) and 8 am to 12 noon on Saturday. Our provider for after-hours medical care is Home Doctor Service. They can be contacted on 13 74 25.
