About Us

Founded by Rebecca Idiens, Lemonade Kids offers preventative and holistic well-being and youth empowerment programs to children and teenagers.

Based in Carina, Morningside and Hawthorne, Queensland our well-being programs and services include Standing Strong®, 1 to 1 Youth Empowerment Coaching (offered in person and online), Lemonade Kids Yoga, and Lemonade Kids Active.

These programs are delivered as group term programs, one day workshops, or 1 to 1 coaching sessions, offering flexibility and variation to suit a child’s needs.

Overall our mission is to help children to feel confident in a positive and safe environment, without being overwhelmed with anxiety and stress.
