Southern Gold Coast 60 & Better

60 and Better programs are managed by older people and are located throughout Queensland. Forum meets regularly to plan activities, discuss health issues and decide on directions for the program. All 60 and Better activities have an emphasis on keeping both body and mind fit and active. They encourage new experiences, friendships and open opportunities for learning. Some of the programs available are as follows- Chair Yoga, Computer Lessons, Craft, Exercises, 500 Cards, Presentations, Games,Guest speakers, Line Dancing, Mahjong, Newsletter, Out & About,  Tai Chi, Dinner Nights, Rummikub, Walking Group. $6 Yearly Membership fee but activities incur nominal fee.
