We focus on the ability to improve function in the neuromusculoskeletal system – improving overall health, wellbeing and quality of life. We aim to achieve this without the use of drugs or surgery, enabling patients to avoid these where possible.

We believe it is important to have a patient-centred and bio psychosocial approach to your health. This means your treatment is focused on you; the various factors in your life, and what you want from your healthcare. We emphasise the relationship between the body and the mind, focus on the self-healing powers of the individual, and empower you to independently manage your health.
