Clear Horizons currently provide service to over 100 people with disabilities each year, including over 50 people in the Group Programs. They deliver services to people living in Brisbane's South-East, Redlands and Logan region. They create meaningful opportunities for people with disabilities to be empowered, have community inclusion and to make their own choices in regard to employment, leisure and in all other aspects of their lives. Other services include Clear Horizons for post school options for young adults between the ages of 18-23. Baby Bridges is a unique and innovative respite/therapy/playgroup program that provides an opportunity for respite.It also provides a learning environment for both parents and carers, and their children.
