Centre based programs and Outings

Beaucare provide day centre respite 5 days a week from the Beaudesert centre and two days a week from the Jimboomba centre. Our team of skilled and friendly staff aim to ensure each session is enriching and personalised, offering choices for Members based on individual interests, needs and preferences. Members are encouraged to offer suggestions for new activities and are involved in planning upcoming schedules and events.There is a range of in centre activities that are conducted in a group setting. These can include craft activities, music, movies, board games, crosswords, puzzles, quizzes, bingo and more. It is a wonderful opportunity to meet and make new friends in a safe and caring environment. The program also incorporates bus trips around the Scenic Rim, Brisbane and Gold Coast area. Such trips can include visits to museums, botanical gardens, RSL's, parks and beaches. Beaucare can arrange to pick you up and drop you back at home for both the in centre program and also for the outings.
