Next Step Plus

Next Step Plus is a support system for young people aged 15-25 in Queensland. With Next Step Plus, you can get in touch with people who will try and help you sort out the things you’re having trouble with, no matter how big or small. How involved we get is totally up to you. So don’t be shy – reach out to your nearest provider and we’ll see what we can work out together. If you know someone who you think could use some extra support you can call us to work out how to help them too.

What happens when you make contact?

In some cases, we will be able to help straight up with advice or information over the phone or by text or email. If the problem’s a bit trickier we can work with you to arrange the right individual local support. If you agree, we can also arrange to check in with you every now and then by phone, just to see how things are going. Next Step Plus services are voluntary and hassle-free. How involved we get is always up to you. The next step is your step.
