Transition Pathways Officer - Bowen, Collinsville and Proserpine/Cannonvale

Transition Pathways Officer work with the student to transition from school to a suitable post-school education, training or employment option. Through this process other barriers may be identified so the TPO can refer student to other supports services as required.
