About Us

Hallmark Music Studio takes pride in the quality teaching of piano, keyboard, guitar, flute, violin, viola, cello, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, drums and singing / voice in a friendly, fun and professional manner.  With a growing network of nurturing and caring teachers, we are proud of our work and love what we do.

Hallmark Music Studio was established in 2001 by Kylie Hall, where her small tutoring hobby became her passion to teach more students.  Since then, the number of students attending weekly lessons has increased significantly. 

In 2004 the student attendance reached 50 students, and in 2005, we started teaching in selected private primary schools in Adelaide.  With the introduction of Consultants now working on behalf of Hallmark Music Studio, we have a combined total of approximately 500 students.

We teach many styles of music including Classical, Pop, Modern, musicals, ragtime, jazz, blues, movie and television themes.  Many instruments are more orientated to a certain genre, however wherever possible we try to offer as much variation as possible.

We feel it is very important to introduce music that is enjoyed by the students as early as possible to help maintain the fun side of music.  Often a faster progression of development is achieved once a student is able to learn music in which they can relate to easily.  We take pride in our history of consistently high examination results in both practical and theory exams.

Why we are different.....
Hallmark Music Studio offers a variety of instruments in many locations throughout the Adelaide Metropolitan area.  By not having a fixed premises where all lessons are conducted, and utilising in-school private instrumental tuition, as well as teachers own premises / homes, or students homes (subject to terms and conditions) we are able to keep our fees affordable yet still provide quality tutoring throughout a large area of Adelaide.
