We welcome a tour of our wide choice of homes in order for you to select what best suits your needs. Nurse Unit Managers at all of our homes are happy to take you on a personalised tour and answer any questions you may have.

All prospective residents require assessment by an Aged Care Assessment (ACAS) Officer prior to entry. The ACAS service can be accessed through Grampians Health. Referral can be made by your GP, service provider, a family member or carer, or it can be a self-referral.
