GROUPS include: Activities group for people with physical, social and/or emotional needs, Back Care, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Carers Support, Chronic Illness and Self Management, Hydrotherapy, Joint Activities Exercise Program, Living with Diabetes, Managing Anxiety, Stress Management, Relaxation, Walk and Talk, Water Exercises, Seated exercise group
The Each Child Therapy and Family Support team provide a range of parent education sessions throughout the year
