About Us
The Armadale Older Adult Community Mental Health Service provides mental health services for people aged over 65 years within the Armadale, Gosnells and Jarrahdale-Serpentine areas. This multi-disciplinary team, comprised of doctors, nurses, social workers and clinical psychologists, provides assessment and care coordination for consumers requiring care.
The Older Adult Community Team operates from 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
Any person requiring after-hours mental health support can contact the ATT on 9391 2400 from 4.30pm to 10.00pm (Monday to Friday) from 8.00am to 10.00pm (weekends and public holidays).
