Support Coordination to Avenues Australia

Avenues Australia is a registered NDIS provider, providing leading disability services in Perth Western Australia. We provide quality Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coach and NDIS Advice services for people with a disability. We act as your primary NDIS Service Provider, by helping you get the supports you need, activate your Plan, connect you to services from other providers that will help you achieve your identified goals, be your contact for any concerns or questions, and administer your NDIS funding.  We provide quality services that meet the needs of people with all disability types, and from various backgrounds - including Aboriginal and Torre Strait Islander people and people from culturally diverse backgrounds. 

Avenues Australia supports you to navigate the NDIS and implement your NDIS Plan. We do not provide other direct supports, meaning our advice is independent and we can find the right supports that meet your needs without conflict of interest. We support NDIS Participants with NDIS Advice, Support Coordination services, and Psychosocial Recovery Coach services.
