We work with purpose and integrity so you can live the life you choose. If you need help in your home or garden, getting out and about or would like to take part in social or wellness activities, our team is ready to put together a program for you. Our staff and volunteers are empowered to make decisions so you are assisted in a timely manner. Chorus is a fresh approach to community service.
