About Us

Applecross parkrun begins heading west towards Fremantle along the boardwalk, where it will continue for approx. 2k before turning at the corner of Ness and Melville Beach Roads. The turn point is just before the path turns from grey to red. It then runs back along the same path, passed the start line and a further 500m turning at the corner of The Strand and Nisbet Road before heading back towards the start line. The finish line is off the path in front of the playground just before the toilets. Facilities Jeff Joseph Reserve has plenty of parking, toilets and a small playground for the kids. There are also BBQ's for public use. Getting There Location of startThe run starts at Jeff Joseph Reserve. Getting there by public transportCatch Bus 910, Elizabeth Quay Bus Station and get off after Ardross Street (Stop No: 10248). Walk 1485m down to the Reserve. Getting there on footFrom Canning Highway walk west along the footpath around the river for approx. 2.5k. Or Head west along Kintail Road until you find Ardross Street, take a right turn and follow until you get to Jeff Joseph Reserve (approx 2.25k). Getting there by roadFrom Highway 1, turn west onto Canning Highway. Continue on Canning Highway, turning right onto Ardross Street taking it all the way to Jeff Joseph Reserve.
