Our organisation is structured through a ‘Not for Profit’ model that aids us to provide you with the best services. We aim to assist you to pursue your goals and maintain your independence by providing you with the latest and most relevant supports and services. Peniel Support Network is established on the renewed mind to see every individual as an equal and unique entity; By treating everyone with respect and dignity in accordance with your rights while maintaining the privacy of all participants.

Peniel Support Network Team endeavours ourselves to put participants first by providing the following services:

• Support workers: for daily living activities, community access, personal care & more!
• Housing Accommodation & Tenancy Support - that's NDIS speak for helping you settle into your home and develop good routines (like household chores, meal prep, personal care) to maintain your health and happiness!
• Support Coordination
• Nursing
• Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
