We are a friendly, informal place where community members can meet for a variety of health and social activities at minimal cost or for free.

We offer Fitness sessions, Playgroups, Mums and Bubs group, parent Training, emplyability courses and Social Events.

Membership is $10 for Defence families and $20 for non-Defence (per year)
