Read Street Medical and Skin Centres' philosophy is to provide the Rockingham community with continuing care. Focusing on skin health and family medicine, Read Street Medical & Skin Centre is a family and skin cancer practice located in the heart of Rockingham, opposite the shopping centre. Our staff our are committed to providing good, quality healthcare to the families of Rockingham and its surrounding suburbs. We believe in being thorough and holistic in our approach and work in both treating and educating out patients, both young and old. 

Patients are the cornerstone of our business and we intend to always put your health needs first. We take every opportunity to provide collaborative healthcare, all of our general practitioners are fellows of the RACGP and experienced in managing complex health. 

We do this through preventative health initiatives, multidisciplinary referrals and aspire to achieve the optimal physical, emotional and social health for our patients, in the general practice setting.

We offer the whole range of traditional General Practice/Family Practice services but we pride ourselves with special interest services, namely children's health, chronic disease management, skin cancer treatments and screening, acupuncture and travel vaccinations. We are also a licensed Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre and a member of the Travel Medicine Alliance. 

We have both female and male doctors who between them have a wide range of experience and welcome new patients. 

We manage minor emergencies and perform procedures, wound care and have a practice nurse available Monday to Friday, with a modern and accessible treatment room. 

The practice is an AGPAL accredited general practice, which means the practice and staff have been recognised to meet the standards of governing industry standards, as set by the Royal College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
