Blayney Community

Blayney Council has an approximate area of 1,500 km².

It is comprised of the suburbs of Barry, Browns Creek, Burnt Yards, Errowanbang, Forest Reefs, Garland, Hobbys Yards, Kings Plains, Moorilda, Newbridge and Tallwood plus parts of Lyndhurst and Millthorpe.

It is comprised of the localities of Blayney, Carcoar and Panuara plus parts of Caloola, Mandurama and Neville.

It is surrounded by the councils of Bathurst Regional, Cabonne, Cowra and Orange.

It is within the state electorate of Bathurst.

It is within the federal electorate of Calare.
