Seniors Information Line

COTA ACT provides advice and referrals to individuals on a wide range of issues through the Seniors Information Line.  We assist older people in accessing appropriate and affordable housing and aged care, gaining access to community, government and private services and programs and offer health and lifestyle information. We promote positive attitudes to ageing and the aged thoughout the community, and enable all sectors of the community to plan for positive ageing through education, advice and programs.
