NDIS Coordination of support

Person Centred Support is about empowering and supporting people to achieve their potential. We have a vision of an inclusive society where human diversity is valued and celebrated. Our values are believing there is Hope, Respecting each individual as a unique person and serve people with Integrity.  

Most of us in Person Centred Support are qualified social workers, counsellor and mental health recovery workers. We also have many years of work experience in direct service delivery and worked as planners in NDIS before. Hence we have very good understanding in assisting NDIS participant implement their plans. 

We have multilingual and bilingual NDIS support coordinators who speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Vietnamese to assist CALD participant with their NDIS plans.
