Alliance of Manufactured Home Owners Inc.

AMHO is a non-profit, volunteer, state-wide organization developed to help prevent unfair treatment of manufactured home owners. AMHO is devoted to promote, advance, maintain and safeguard the combined and individual interests of manufactured home owners throughout Queensland. We are working with the Government to ensure that the rights of  homeowners in residential parks is ensured in the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003 and subsequent amendments. We push to ensure that their are fair business practices in place for Park Owners to adhere to and we are focusing on changes to the Site fees, selling of the homes, and dispute resolution. These areas need to be amended now, and we are working to make sure that we are heard and that these matters can be addressed sooner than later.
