About Us
We are a Registered NDIS provider who provides care and housing options. Our current housing services are STA, MTA and SILS with our own team of dedicated support workers that make everyday a fun day. Our services and models of care include support coordination, youth for youth community and social participation, employment supports and our psycho social recovery mental health team.

To provide participant focused care through a team of Health professionals. Our Youth for Youth model of care offers coaching and mentoring with similar aged credentialed support workers. Our Mental Health model of care offers psycho social recovery approaches and strategies via our Care Manager who has a lived experience, in your home, in the community or away on respite. Our Support Coordination service offers assistance with navigating all of the necessary care and living supports you choose from a list of participant recommended service providers covering therapy, housing solutions and everyday life skills. We are committed to participant wrap around services that work collaboratively on your goals and outcomes as funded by the NDIS, Aged Care, Department of Child Safety, Department of Corrections, Community Grant funding and others so please contact us for an initial discussion about what you need.
