About Us

We provide around 1200 meals of food each week to people in need. We NEVER charge anyone for the food or services we offer. 

We provide this free food at 4pm on a Wednesday at 155 Boundary St West End. It is best to get there about 10 to 15 minutes early as there is often quite a line up.

We also have have a women's lunch group (on a Thursday) and a men's barbeque on a Tuesday.

We also offer other services as needed and available.
