Youth Support Porgram

These young people are experiencing or are at risk of:
• Coming in contact with the Youth Justice system
• Disconnecting from their family, community or support networks
• Disconnecting from school, training or employment
• Experiencing harm (incl. self harm) and homelessness
• Drug and alcohol abuse
The four key service deliveries aimed to assist young people include:
• Experiencing positive relationships with their family and community
• Engaging in education, training and/or employment
• Leading healthy and violence free lives
• Having safe and stable places to live
PCYC Mt Gravatt will take referrals from a range of service providers and will offer:
• Engagement activities
• Goal setting
• Guidance from experienced staff
