Triage approach to a centralised intake, assessment, advocacy and referral services for people requiring housing assistance who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
Centre Based and Outreach Access available throughout the Gold Coast Local Government Area.
Target Group:
Young People- 16 to 25 years old. Single adults and families.
