About Us
Gold Coast Women’s Cancer Support group online @ Facebook and face to face meetups & various events regularly. We have 3 areas of Gold Coast for meetups. Ormeau, Nerang & Tweed. We are a tribe of warriors who support one another online & in person . Most of our members are currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer, ovarian, lung or bowel cancer. ALL cancer warriors are welcomed. Our events are learning by info sharing or demonstrations and have included EFT (Tapping), Oncology Dietetics & Nutrition, Life Coaching, Dragon Boat Racing, home making soaps & toiletries. We’ve had fantastic speakers incl Prof Liz from Bond Uni, Harmonee Dove (exercise physiologist), Sue-Anne Fuller (EFT) & Dr Geoff who prescribes Medical Cannabis via Telehealth.

Transport Notes
We try too hold our meetups and events at a venue that is close to public transport otherwise we offer carpooling or sometimes other member can pick up any lovely who is unable to drive.

This sums up how we support one another in this group - Over 400 local Gold Coast women currently undergoing some form of treatment for cancer. We GET it. We welcome new lovelies and have several ways of supporting you through this maze.
