"Staff Connections" is a Disability Services accredited provider, with  a seperate arm, "You Connect Consultancy," a "Your Life Your Choice Host Provider".

The people that use the services of the company are people that believe that the world is a better place when all citizens are participating in community life.

People are supported one person at a time, with individualised funding, in the areas they need assistance.  This may be within the family home, in their own place, assistance to participate in community groups and activities, in the workplace, in educational facilities and with the development and maintenance of valued relationships.

"Staff Connections" will assist people with planning and the implementation of goals and strategies, at all times keeping the vulnerable person at the centre and respecting the natural authority of families.

We do not provide congregated or segregated activities, we believe people with disability can be included in everyday community life, with support, as needed.
