Provide quality culturally appropriate  Home and Community and Aged Care Services to  frail aged and younger disabled people from Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and Australian South Sea Islander backgrounds and their carers, in the Mackay District.

Provide high quality aged and community care to all eligible members of the community through Community Care Program, Commonwealth Home Support Program and for those holding Home Care Packages.  Service is high quality, reliable and respectful.
