Mackay Writers supports people who love creative writing, whether it be poetry, short stories, true life stories or novels. We run workshops at 1pm on the last Saturday of each month from February to November at the Jubilee Community Centre, Alfred Street, Mackay. New people are always welcome.

Please go to the door closest to MECC carpark and press the RM2 button for the Pioneer meeting room if you arrive late. Note that this is not the old library entrance which is used for administration and public displays.
