About Us
Cast the Net Qld Inc. is positioned in regional Queensland as an enduring legacy of our Australian South Sea Island, Aboriginal and Torres Strat Islander ancestry.
- We aim to cast the net across Australian South Sea islander and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in order to develop &/or link with services and provisions that improve the health and well-being of members in these identity groups.
- We will work within and across broader community networks that recognise and encourage our distinct cultural identities, heritage and values to access social, cultural and environmental initiatives to strengthen connections to each other.
Who we are remains as dedicated to ensuring our net is cast today as it was once ago.
