Peer Motivation is an organization located in Mackay, Queensland. We provide a safe, warm, caring and calming environment for Mental Health Clients in the Mackay and Whitsundays Regions Since 2023, we’ve been working towards our goal of Smashing Mental Health Stigma, one client at a time, using a variety of skills and knowledge. 

Please remember you are not alone. We are here to support and protect you and help you achieve your recovery goals, one step at a time. Peer Motivation are dedicated to improving the mental health outcomes for people around the Mackay and Whitsundays regions.

Peer Motivation only employee people who have a Lived Experience in Mental Health and who have overcome their challenges using skills obtained by Trauma Informed Practice methods.

Peer Motivation believe that a mentally healthy workplace is one that protects and promotes mental health and empowers people to seek help for depression and anxiety or any other Mental Health concerns- Without fear of judgement.

Peer Motivation Believe Companies have a Moral obligation at the very least, to Provide their staff with a mentally healthy workplace- A workplace that provides fast, safe, secure, and professional Mental health services to their staff in a friendly, timely manner.
