Cheah Taekwondo & Cheah Integrated Martial Arts Sarina & Mackay - North Mackay

As our name suggests, our martial art style is Taekwondo with aspects of other martial arts integrated into our classes. Cheah Taekwondo has evolved an effective self-defence system tailored for today’s needs while retaining the high philosophical and moral values of traditional Taekwondo.

Classes cater for all ages and abilities to provide students with the ultimate opportunities to reach their potential. Sarina at St Luke’s Hall, Monday & Wednesday, 4-5pm 4-7yrs, 5-6pm 7-11yrs, 5:30-7pm 12yrs-adults Mackay at Apostolic Church Hall, Riversleigh Dr, Tuesday & Thursday, 4:30-5:30pm 4-7yrs, 5:30-6:30 7-11yrs, 6-7:30pm 12yrs-adults Ages are a guide only.
