Specialist Disability Accommodation

We provide tailored housing solutions through SDA, helping people with disabilities live independently in accommodations designed to meet their unique needs.

SDA refers to purpose-built or modified housing specifically designed to cater to the needs of people with disabilities. These accommodations are equipped with features and adaptations to facilitate independent living while ensuring access to necessary support services.

Individualised Living Options (ILO)

Individualised Living Options (ILO) is an NDIS funding package that gives you (an eligible NDIS participant) the choice to live in a home of your choosing and enjoy personal support the way you choose. 

The program provides funding to design your supports and then implement and maintain them.

You can move into a home of your choosing, live with the people you want to live with and have disability support tailored to your preferences.

ILO funding refers to the supports in the home, not the host of the home itself, or activities outside the home.

However, Your Best Life Independent Living can work with you, your support coordinator and your family members to find suitable housing and introduce you to housemates and hosts. 

We can also help you to implement supports such as:

• personal care
• in-home support
• transport, and
• support to build skills.
