About Us
headspace Capalaba offers support and guidance for young people aged 12-25 years experiencing mental health concerns, personal issues, or addiction.
headspace can support you with:
- depression
- bullying
- mental health
- drug and alcohol misuse
- social and vocational needs
- primary health needs
- suicidal thoughts.
Services provided at headspace capalaba include:
- Mental health services – access to psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors
- A sexual health service – including onsite screenings and confidential appointments
- Social activities – including the Youth Reference Group that helps run local events
- Youth programs offering activities for young people.
headspace Capalaba aims to reduce the rate of youth mental health incidences, homelessness and suicide. The service is based on the headspace model, which provides holistic support through an approachable and integrated service.

Transport Notes
We provide wheel chair access throughout the centre including the bathrooms. We are accessible by public transport with a bus stop outside the centre, and the park 'n' ride a short walk away. Please check the Translink website to plan your journey.
Facility Notes
Our friendly staff at headspace Capalaba can assist young people aged 12 to 25 with mental health, general health, drug, alcohol, work and study issues. Some services are bulk-billed with a Medicare card and valid Mental Health Treatment Plan.
