We provide information, support and advocacy to assist people in financial difficulty.  Our services are free, independent and confidential. Our financial counsellors are accredited members of the Financial Counsellors Association of Queensland and have an extensive knowledge of a range of areas of law and policy, including consumer credit law, debt enforcement practices, the Bankruptcy regime, industry hardship policies and government concession frameworks. Our financial counsellors assist clients to understand their options to enable them to get back on their feet. Specialist financial counselling for problem gamblers and those affected by problem gambling is also available at this location.
