About Us
The Help Hive is a Toowoomba-based disability support provider delivering flexible, relationship-driven services for NDIS participants across the Darling Downs and surrounding regions. Our mission is to walk alongside individuals and families with honesty, care, and consistency—supporting people to build confidence, capacity, and real-world independence.
We provide NDIS-funded supports for participants of all ages and backgrounds, including those with:

Neurodivergence or developmental delay

Complex or high support needs

Transitional support requirements (e.g., from school, family, or residential care)
What We Offer
Our team is known for reliable communication, personalised support, and values-based matching. We currently offer:

Support Coordination: Plan navigation, provider engagement, ongoing plan reviews

Community & Social Participation: Mentoring, transport training, social engagement, routine-building

Daily Living Assistance: Personal care, household tasks, and independence skill development

Short Term Accommodation (STA): Respite and emergency options in safe, comfortable settings

Supported Independent Living (SIL): Tailored housing supports based on participant fit
Eligibility & Access
We support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. A current NDIS plan is required.
