About Us
- LIME offers flexible and accessible support for people aged 12 and above, with five free sessions available in person, by phone, or via video call. This confidential service is provided free of charge. The service is supported by Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN, Western Queensland PHN and RHealth.
- We provide face-to-face support in Goondiwindi, Dalby, Gatton, Kingaroy, Longreach, Winton, and Barcaldine. We also provide support at the Murgon Youth Hub for young people living in the South Burnett region.
- Specifically designed to address low-intensity mental health concerns, whether it’s anxiety, health issues, work stress, relationship or family challenges, long-term isolation, loneliness, sleep deprivation, or other pressures, our compassionate mental health clinicians are here to support you. Together, we’ll create personalised strategies to meet your needs and enhance your overall wellbeing.
- The program includes up to 5 free sessions
- The first appointment is normally between 45-60 minutes and subsequent sessions are 20-30 minutes
- Sessions are flexibly delivered via face-to-face or telehealth modalities, including but not limited to Skype and Facetime
LIME is:
- Suited to individuals experiencing symptoms of mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety
- Suited to individuals aged 12 plus
