Delivers services through a comprehensive range of information, education, health promotion, support and treatment advice for people at risk of infection or those already affected by blood borne viruses and liver disease with a view to reducing the transmission of, and morbidity and mortality caused by, viral hepatitis, and to minimise the personal and social impact of the disease. Operates a Secondary outlet providing access to sterile injecting equipment through the distribution of 4 and 8 packs and the provision of a secure disposal service for used equipment.
