Co.As.It. is a charitable organisation that treats its clients as extended family members, an ethos that is part of our culture, our heritage, and our development. Our trained and qualified staff have a richness of life experience with many different linguistic and cultural competencies and above all, a genuine sense of caring about others.

There are various services offered by Co.As.It. depending on whether you are over or under the age of 65. Our support services cater to your needs and give you the flexibility of choosing the care that you require, to enable you to continue living independently in your own home. We also offer a range of private services.

The Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) offers a wide range of services to assist in meeting the needs of seniors and their carers, such as domestic assistance; personal care; social group activities; respite care; social support (shopping, medical appointments, accompaniment); language assistance; allied health services such as physiotherapy, podiatry, social work, occupational therapy, dietetics, speech therapy, nursing, carer support, help to assess other health professionals and community services. All support services are provided following an assessment organised by My Aged Care.  Co.As.It. will provide assistance and guidance in organising this assessment.
