A multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists assisting individuals across the lifespan. Our team is mobile and can provide sessions in your home, at your school, or a community centre. We also offer in-clinic and telehealth sessions.

Occupational Therapy

Paediatric Occupational Therapy

• Developmental and functional assessments
• Building independence with ADLs through:
  • Fine and gross motor skills

• Home modifications

Adult Occupational Therapy

• Capacity building and ADL therapy
• Functional capacity assessments and reporting
• Home and Living assessments and reporting, such as Independent Living Options (ILO), Supported Independent Living (SIL), and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
• Home environment training and home modifications (minor and complex)
• Basic and complex assistive technology

Speech Pathology

Speech Pathologists, who are sometimes referred to as Speech-Language Pathologists are experts in communication and swallowing. As qualified healthcare professionals their primary focus is assisting those who may have communication and/or swallowing difficulties. At Pacific Health & Wellbeing our Speech Pathologists will assist you with your goals through fun and engaging interventions.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists are experts in movement and biomechanics. Recognising that movement patterns, mobility and pain can play a key role in independence and participation, our Physios assist adults and children to move the way they want to achieve their goals. As every individual’s journey is unique our Physios take a consultative and collaborative approach, working with you and your support team to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to you.
