Open Arms

The Veterans and Veterans Families Counselling Service - Brisbane is a free and confidential service provided by the Department of Veteran Affairs. Those who may use the service include Australian veterans of all conflicts and peacekeeping operations, as well as their immediate families. The service includes crisis counselling (face to face or telephone, and an emergency after hours toll-free telephone service), individual, family and group counselling, country outreach programs for rural Australia, education and information resources and referals to other treatment services.
