Boo believes she is Brisbane's best Barefoot bowling venue. We offer a fantastic open air facility with plenty of space and parking.

We are the oldest bowls club in Queensland with the most experience in providing fabulous contemporary food in a welcome atmosphere of friendly inclusion.

We are the only 100% "social bowling" club in Queensland. Some may say that sadly we have no traditional bowlers but we say that is what separates us from the rest.  You are the focus of our attention where we make sure nothing gets in the way of you having fun.

Food & Drink

The Boo prides itself on quality.  Serious critics – culinary and mixology experts (our management team) judge all items on our food & drinks menu.  We taste everything, even the beer battered chips!  More than once I might add…

Our philosophy for food is “buy local, support local”. We house-make 95% of all ingredients and finished dishes. Our dips, desserts, beef patties, mayos, aioli, chutney and pickles just to name a few are prepared in house from scratch.

The Boo's drinks menu caters for everyone and all occasions.  Our first pour wines are from Tyrrell’s, one of Australias iconic wineries who have been producing wine for over 150 years in the Hunter Valley.  We understand quality and value for money.  Our beer list boasts some of Australia’s best beers and we love supporting local breweries so if you are in the beer market please drop off a sample : )

Functions

The Boo loves functions. She’s thrown them for toffs, the cream of society – well just about everyone in her 125+ years (a girl stops counting after a while!).
