It is within the council of Blacktown.
It is surrounded by the state electorates of Baulkham Hills, Blacktown, Castle Hill, Hawkesbury, Londonderry, Mount Druitt and Seven Hills.
It is comprised of parts of the federal electorates of Chifley and Greenway.
